Optional Accident Plan

The Personal Accident Plan pays a lump-sum cash benefit in the event of an accident which results in any of the following:-

• Death
  
• Loss of sight in one or both eyes
  
• Loss of, or permanent loss of use of one or more limbs
  
• Permanent Total Disablement
  

The lump-sum cash benefit paid is a sum selected by you.

The following benefit amounts are available:-

Hazardous occupations and sporting activities

The Personal Accident Plan does not cover hazardous activities. If you participate in any hazardous sports, or if your occupation exposes you to any greater risk than an office-based job, you will need to apply for extra cover. Please give full details of your sporting activities and your occupation on your application form. William Russell will advise you of the additional premium required to ensure that you are fully covered at all times.
